These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlobalAGT web application, AI workspace, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use GlobalAGT for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Questions may be sent to support@globalagt.com.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the Services and is responsible for it. You may not use GlobalAGT if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the Services or if we have previously suspended your access for a material violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI tools, generated outputs, and any content you upload complies with laws, professional rules, and contractual duties that apply to you.
2. Services and Third-Party AI Models
GlobalAGT provides a multi-model workspace that may include AI chat, AI-assisted search, image generation, video generation, prompt tools, and related features. Available models, capabilities, limits, and interfaces may change as the Services develop.
To answer a request, GlobalAGT may route your prompt and necessary context to third-party AI model and infrastructure providers. Those providers may process requests under their own technical and safety requirements. A model may be delayed, unavailable, or replaced, and outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You must review outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, including saved conversation history and generation history, and for keeping passwords, access links, and other credentials confidential.
Do not share credentials or permit access beyond the users allowed by your plan. Notify us promptly at support@globalagt.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential theft, or another security issue. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access or changing account details.
4. User Content and AI Outputs
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in prompts, files, images, videos, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant GlobalAGT a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, format, and otherwise process User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and deliver the Services you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.
AI outputs
As between you and GlobalAGT, and to the extent permitted by law and any applicable third-party model terms, you may use outputs generated for you. AI systems can produce similar or identical results for different users, so outputs may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for checking outputs for accuracy, rights clearance, and suitability before use.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
engage in unlawful, abusive, harassing, or deceptive conduct;
create, upload, or distribute content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
distribute malware, malicious code, phishing material, or content intended to compromise people, devices, accounts, or networks;
impersonate another person, misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact, or facilitate fraud or harmful manipulation;
share or sell account credentials, bypass safety controls, usage limits, access restrictions, or security measures;
scrape, crawl, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the Services except where law expressly permits it; or
resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Services without our written authorization.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps to protect users, providers, and the Services.
6. Credits, Plans, and Billing
Some features require a paid plan or credit pack. Credits are service units used to access eligible features; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit cost can vary by model, quality, duration, input size, or processing demand and will be shown in the product interface where practical.
GlobalAGT weekly, monthly, and annual plans are recurring subscriptions that renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Credits for each billing period are added only after the payment processor confirms successful payment. Prices, taxes, included usage, renewal terms, and any expiration rules are disclosed at checkout or in your account. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method and are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate payment information.
When an eligible plan upgrade is offered, the full listed price of the new plan is charged immediately without a prorated credit for the old plan. The new plan takes effect immediately, its included credits are added to the existing wallet balance, and the subscription period restarts at the upgrade time. All wallet credits are cleared at the end of the then-current subscription period; upgrading updates that clearing date to the end of the new period.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a recurring subscription through support or any subscription-management option made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Purchases, refunds, plan changes, and unused credits are governed by the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@globalagt.com with your account and transaction details.
8. Availability and Changes
We work to keep GlobalAGT available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, model capacity, safety reviews, network conditions, and events beyond our control may delay or prevent requests. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features, models, usage allowances, and integrations. When a material change affects a paid plan, we will provide notice where reasonably practical.
9. Intellectual Property
GlobalAGT and its licensors own the Services, including their software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, excluding User Content and rights in third-party models or materials. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with your plan and these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.
Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve GlobalAGT without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you as its source without permission.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how GlobalAGT collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Services. You agree that we may process information as described there and as necessary to provide your requested AI features.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued service would violate law or provider requirements. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” GlobalAGT disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI outputs are not a substitute for qualified professional advice, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalAGT and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to GlobalAGT for the affected Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify GlobalAGT and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from GlobalAGT’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, providers, law, or business practices. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably practical. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating GlobalAGT, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you and GlobalAGT agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by written notice. Any unresolved dispute may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
